12-Minute Tilapia Recipe

Last night’s dinner was exceptional. I really like tilapia even better than salmon now. This is John’s quick prep for a tilapia meal, and he asked me to name it the 12-Minute Tilapia.

John’s 12-Minute Tilapia

We purchase our tilapia frozen and individually wrapped. Unwrap it and place it on a microwave-safe plate and defrost it for approximately 30-seconds. Your microwave oven time may defrost differently than ours, which tends to kick bootie.

Time for some Country Cookin’
