There are many benefits to eating breakfast. Many say this is the most important meal of the day. When eating in the morning it has a positive effect on your health as well as your kids.

- Provides a better attention span, focus and better activity.
- Improves the ability to control weight.

- Getting essential nutrients you need that you wouldn’t get by not eating breakfast.
