For all you visual learners that happen to also be chocolate lovers, I have a treat for you! Quick Dinner Recipes has created a video demonstration of how easy it is to make Quick Brownies using one of my favorite appliances -- the microwave!

You know, come to think of it, it’s a great idea to show your teenagers how to cook by letting them watch videos like this. Especially if they aren’t inclined to listen to you (sound familiar?). They can learn what the kitchen tools are used for, and how to measure with measuring cups and spoons.
