1½ cups self-rising flour
cooking spray

Frosting
¾ cup confectioner’s sugar
1 teaspoon light margarine (Promise®)
1-2 teaspoons fresh orange juice

1 large green leaf lettuce
1 x 8oz punnet cherry tomatoes cut in half

1 cup mushrooms sliced
1 cup bok choy coarsely sliced
½ cup green onions sliced
2 tablespoons white wine
1 tablespoon soy sauce (low sodium)
2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
1 dessertspoon sugar
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 teaspoon granulated beef bouillon (low sodium)
¾ cup water
