Speaking of freezing them I have to make up another batch of them. Depending on the size of the flour tortilla and how much you actually want to put in each them depends on how many you can actually make. I think I made 7 of them.</description>

I will try that next time. Thanks for the tip on making ahead and freezing. I never thought of doing that. I used to do the &quot;Once a Month Cooking&quot; plan. There is a cookbook by that name. Anyway, it was a lot of work for a day or two but it did make life easier the est of the month. I haven&#039;t done that in a long time though. I like my crock pot. :)</description>
