[...] Soup, it feels so good on a cold winter’s day. Admittedly I am not a big soup person, mostly because hubby does not think soup equals a meal. It does not fill him up. It fills me up, if it’s a hearty enough soup and I would have it as a meal and do when I am alone sometimes. Making soup though, this kinda scares me, but I found a few pretty simple recipes thanks to the Family Foodies podcast and I want to try them. Hubby may even go for the potato soup, although not as the only thing we eat for the meal of course. lol [...]
