I can’t believe it’s Saturday already! This week really has flown by. I also can’t believe it’s already Halloween. Where did this year go?

- $5 Dollar Dinners talks about #bakingday in her post Baking Day Part 1. I am really excited about this as it takes place Tuesday and Wednesday I believe. You have a list of what your going to do and you blog and post on twitter. I am looking so foward to this. It will be my first time.
- Ask Ms Recipe has a recipe for Parmesan Tuna Stuffed Shells Casserole which sounds fantastic. I am allergic to tuna so I will give this a try with chicken.
- I am always looking for something new to try with chicken. Cook with Nikki has a Sun Dried Tomato Stuffed Chicken Breast that I am just dying to try.
- From Our Table To Yours has Kids in the Kitchen Friday and this week she has No Bake Peanut Butter Balls. I can honestly say I have never made a no bake cookie before. Now I am curious to try it.
- SimplyRecipes has me drooling over Marc’s Cashew Chicken. I have always wanted to try Cashew Chicken but just never found a recipe before today. I will be trying this very soon.
- I have been baking a lot of muffins this week. I came across a Donut Muffin recipe on Sugar Pies. This is another recipe I am going to add to my list for baking day.
