Fire Roasted Chicken Pockets

Backyard Campfire

my mom always made these in the oven when I was growing up, and due to me only having  become a camper at the age of 30 I haven’t tried these on a campfire but I’ve gotten rave reviews from others that have.

The simplicity of this meal is up to you, and you can certainly substitute ground beef or even leave out the meat altogether. This is just a suggestion of how to make these fun and nutritious meals.
