Loved to read your blog. I would like to suggest you that traffic show most people read blogs on Mondays. So it should encourage bloggers to write new write ups over the weekend primarily.
regards
charcoal grill

I really like the list of staples. For example when I had gestational diabetes I was liking the thought of a new carb diet. After reading your list there is still a lot on the list that are really good items that you can eat. Here I wasn't honestly expecting a list like this. When I was researching Gluten-Free for autism I was starting to wonder if there would be foods Dakota would be able to eat. A lot of them are on this list. Thanks again.

I thought going gluten-free would be difficult to do but your list seems like it is do-able. Thanks Brenda!

Wow, Brenda~ This is such an informative list yet you have made it so simple to understand. Do you think going gluten free would help someone that has horrible skin allerigies?

Definitely! Some people with Celiac's Disease have a dermatitis version of it also. I have been lucky and don't usually have problems. I do use Kiss My Face or Burt's Bees products a lot though. It wouldn't hurt! You could give it a try for some time and if it doesn't work you would revert back. I tied to keep the list to basic items that most people would use. I hope it helps!

Wow Brenda! You have made this task seem so easy with your step-by-step instructions! It's always best to get this info from someone who has been there and knows! Great job!
