I would like to start giving you a list of Gluten Free items. They will be listed specifically by name not just a general overview.  I will be doing the research for you by scouring all of my Gluten Free sources. There are actually quite a few lists out there that are very complete. That is not my goal to give them all to you at once. My goal is to give you little tidbits every week and get you on the hunt to find more. Once you realize there are a ton of regular foods you can eat then you are going to want to find them all the more.

Halloween Safe List: A-J

This is coming up fast and I want everyone to be prepared. When I was first diagnosed I purchased some mini Milky Way bars and it wasn’t until a few years later that I realized my mistake. I totally overlooked the malt! You will be surprised how many candies you can eat. Just remember, everything in moderation and always double check labels!
