So sorry to hear these didn&#039;t turn out for you - I&#039;m not sure how they were runny - they are usually quite hard to blend b/c of the cream cheese and butter (both are softened not, melted, right?) And, I have never had them expand much either - I&#039;ve made them dozens of times...and have passed the recipe on to so many friends.....

Bummer...hate that.</description>
