A classic dish – easy to make and leftovers are great!

mostaccioliYou will need:

1 1/2 pounds of ground beef or turkey

3/4 to 1 jar of meatless spaghetti sauce

1/2 chopped onion

1/2 cup water

10-12 oz of mostaccioli

1 1/4 cup of Mozzarella cheese

3 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese

Directions:

Cook onion and meat in skillet until meat is brown.  Onion will be soft.

Stir in water and spaghetti sauce.

Cook pasta according to package directions.

Mix the meat sauce with drained mostaccioli and place in baking dish.

Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.  Cover with Mozzarella Cheese.

Bake for 25-30 minutes at 375 degrees.  Enjoy!
