I don’t know about you, but I’m sleepy. (yawn) So, I thought what could be better than a recipe for some eye-opening coffee!
- 2 cups strong brewed French roast coffee, chilled
- 2 tablespoons low-fat milk
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder
- Dash ground cinnamon
Place all ingredients in blender; process until combined. Pour over ice and serve immediately.
Makes 2 servings

French Roast is the only thing we drink here & I love iced coffee in the warm months. I have all the ingredients to do this, so why do I always stop at the coffee shops for these?? Will be making them from home from now on!
Iced coffee really hits the spot when the weather turns hot, but like Chrissy said it can get pricey. Unfortunately I don't make very good coffee, but this recipe sounds wonderful.
Mmmm, this sounds so yummy! I usually drink my coffee hot even in the warmer months, but you've got me craving a nice iced one right now. Going to file this away in my recipe list – thanks!
