School has started which means sports, girl scouts, and PTA meetings for me. There are nights that I just really need to be able to make a quick dinner.
Here is on our our family favorites it’s Tater Tot Casserole. There are a number of ways to make this. You can add anything to it. If you feel like adding veggies you can. It’s just that simple.
Ingredients:
- 1 pound of ground beef
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 cups of shredded cheese (any flavor will do)
- 1 bag of Ore Ida Tater Tots
Directions:
- Preheat your oven according the package of tater tots
- You will need to fry your hamburger meat until it is brown and crumbly
- Grease a 9 x9 cake pan.
- Add your hamburger and cream of chicken soup to the cake pan. Mix well
- Layer the shredded cheese on top.
- Next you put the tater tots on one by one next to each other so they form rows until your whole layer is covered.
- Bake as instructed on tater tot package or until the tater tots are golden brown
