		<description>I have it right on the bottom of the recipe. It is 2 parts sorghum to 1 part tapioca starch/flour. Tapioca starch and flour are the same thing. Sorry, I will make the mix in bold so it is easier to find. These biscuits are awesome! Enjoy!</description>
