I don’t know about you, but I’m always looking for new snack ideas that are figure friendly!
Well, I found one that I wanted to share. It’s sweet, crunchy and satisfying!
Here’s what you need:
- Vanilla Flavored Fat Free Yogurt (I chose Dannon Light ‘n’ Lively)
- Granola (any brand will do)
Simply spoon 1/2 cup of yogurt into a bowl and sprinkle with granola. Viola! How simple is that? For an added twist you can add fresh berries or fruit of your choice. My kids love this as an after school snack.
- Total calories (for the brands that I used) 150 cal
- Total Fat 2 grams (NO unsaturated fat)
- Total Fiber 15 grams (Thank You Granola!)
- Total Protein 5 grams
